Back to Projects listEphemeral installation for Food Immersion, curated by Francesca Formenti in Villa Necchi Campiglio, Milan, on the occasion of the Expo 2015, where the sea is represented by projections of pieces of blown glass with a film of hydrogenated syrup, generating aqueous projections on the roof .
To accompany the experience, Horno de San Onofre blew tears of sea flavoured candy.
