For the Coroplast family company, brandherm + krumrey transformed the existing staff restaurant into a spatial landscape full of atmosphere. The striking architecture of the building was reinterpreted and brought to bear with creative interventions. Different areas offer the employees a special indoor quality.
Instead of neon tubes and long rows of tables, the new Coroplast canteen provides individual areas. Employees can choose from different seating situations geared to different communication needs. Joint breaks in the company of colleagues are just as possible as intimate conversations for two. In addition to the homely furniture design, the open ceiling structure also contributes to the overall impression of the room. Wooden roof, wall and floor surfaces also convey a natural appearance and support the inviting interior design. Slender, floor-to-ceiling shelf structures, which in some places serve as room dividers, are reminiscent of Far Eastern aesthetics. These also separate a lounge area for informal conversations.
