The intervention aims to preserve the existing building structure and ensure its functionality through a systematic set of works which - in accordance with the typological elements - allows to combine the need of the conservation and careful recovery of the building, to the need of the transformation for the new function in farm holiday. The project has therefore provided for the return of the uniformity of the fronts primary and secondary, consolidating them with replacement of parts cannot be recovered, the recovery of the perimeter wall, the elimination of the accessory volumes – incongruous to the original building – and their transformation in a new smaller element to allow an optimal use of outdoor spaces and an adequate shelter for machinery for the maintenance of the fields.
