The context influences the new building design impregnating it with the place's effervescent culture. Its inhabitants appropriate the spaces in some way, from private to public, passing through the connecting elements: corridors, stairs, lobbies, and ending at the small square that makes the building's first contact with the sidewalk and the neighborhood. The heart of the program is ample double-height space on Level 1. It is an indoor area with flexible uses where workshops on art, reading, gastronomy, and cultural events, in general, are held. This core program component led to WIT being recognized as one of the most disruptive real estate proposals in Latin America at the ELDI held in Panama City 2018 (being still unbuilt).
