Doma a House

Kyoto Uzumasa from which many movie companies are learned about by putting the photography location of the movie in a time formerly. A Buddhist temple and shrines and the streets where historical taste was here have begun to change a little. I'm thinking when this plan is the priming to leave historical taste in such situation.
Aging was also quite developed beyond over 100years, but a big Japanese red pine and wide pit space with a well were striking, and the building which was here originally advanced planning by keeping utilizing those by the plan set to this two households in mind.
When it's going through a lane to the south from Maruta-machi street on the main road, a big roof with tiles lies down, and the wonderful Japanese red pine which exceeds an age of the tree for 150 years is making the roof peep at a face through an opened opening.
When it passes through artistic approach, and a door is opened, big pit space appears. Green is distributed to pit space, and the wooden tile produced by traditional technology is a point on a wall. This space which is also a wellhole is charged with the role as a buffering area with a pro-household on the first floor and a child household on the second floor.
The floor of the first floor where your parents live was made flooring mainly and something of a little quiet color taste was also adopted as the wall color. The well which was there more than before will be the new exterior, and a courtyard is the part of the scenery with which a garden is made, and light put in a garden makes them feel time and a seasonal change. And when a window of the room and a door are opened, surprisingly, a pleasant wind is also running through the whole floor.
When I climb the stairs where pure softness can be felt and go up to the second floor, the atmosphere changes completely. The white wall light on the floor where a tile continues. Large space with getting away which leads to the sky for a young couple appears. An indirect lighting is taught to a make-up beam in the ceiling, and fantastic space is produced in the evening.
Housing of the same aspect is built being crammed in this area which isn't designated for a landscape conservation area in Kyoto, and streets with history are in line and are lost gradually. I'm wishing that this house is a face in an area also becomes one of the trigger which is protecting and is making streets.
