Spring is a time of growth, as trees and plants bloom and explode with color. But as the days grow longer and the dark winter subsides, it's also a time for lighting festivals. In addition to the huge Light + Building fair in Frankfurt in late March, there is the i Light Marina Bayfestival taking place this month in Singapore. Canadian artists Caitlind r.c.
