Filled with light. The bright rooms by Juan Navarro Baldeweg.

The artificial light project enhances the openness and quality of the rooms, which are furnished with bright, warm materials. The rooms are open and brightly lit even when there is little daylight. The central atrium brings daylight-like lighting conditions from above down to the first floor. The warm white lights emphasize the wooden surfaces and create a high quality of space.

Atrium

Light accompanies the vertical spatial sculpture by Juan Navarro Baldeweg, which extends from the first floor to the roof. This line of light, precisely positioned at the front of the ceiling, meanders seamlessly towards the sky and embraces the sculpture. The light falls softly back into the airspace and naturally sets the scene for the work of art. The pure LED solution of the approximately 200 linear meters of continuous-row lighting used impresses with its high quality of light.

Office space

Fine light profiles hang in the room in the opposite direction to the ribbed ceiling and bring glare-free, soft light into the room. Modular in design, made of microprismatic art glass and with highly efficient energy values, they subtly support the office environment. Additional task lights can be controlled individually.

Meeting room

In the meeting rooms, the light lines form circles and are encased in light, soft leather. The pendant circular luminaires have a light and high-quality appearance. The lighting effect has few shadows and creates a concentrated atmosphere in the room. The center of the room is emphasized and the function of the conference table is enhanced.

Entrance hall
The circular shape of the large chandeliers provides an unmistakable counterpoint to the straight lines of light in the building. The polished aluminum exterior surfaces reflect the brightness of the room and create an interesting interplay with the two-storey window fronts.

Private rooms

In the small private rooms, metal, long-armed wall luminaires by le Corbusier set accents and are supported by linear luminaires on the whiteboards.

Public areas
Cylindrical, dark surface-mounted luminaires provide additional light in the open zones and blend in with the ribbed structure. Cylindrical luminaires also create a pleasant atmosphere in the library, for example, and are sometimes complemented by selected object luminaires.

Boardroom

In the boardroom, small glass fixtures, hung freely above the table in a large group, create atmospheric accents. Supplemented with recessed ceiling lights, a wide variety of lighting scenes can be set, ranging from video conferences to aperitifs. All-round handrail lighting creates a glare-free and pleasant lighting ambience on the exterior of the attic.

Energy
Intelligent, simple controls provide a high level of user comfort and still allow high energy savings.
The lighting project meets the requirements of Minergie (SIA 380-4).
