ecause of the special location with the dense neighbourhood and the corner position of the new building it was designed with the influence of the heights of the buildings around. So the house was inserted in a self-evident way: There are sections cutted out of the possible volume of a ashlar in the way that the edges have relation to the other roofs and eaves. The incised surfaces are translucent, the surface of the ashlar is consistently out of natural stone. The concept of the incisions was implemented from design to the detail

The entry is right at the most representative corner. In the ground floors there is the foyer with the automatic tellers and the customer's area with the service desk. From there every floor is reachable with the central elevator or the staircase. On the four floors above are mainly offices, conference and consultation rooms. In the basement are technical and store rooms and the safe

All rooms are arranged around the central development zone. Because of the separate access the different floors could be rented individually. Inside the space could be partitioned flexible with light walls. The main construction is concrete with economical spans. As bracing of the construction the core of the development is used and structural parts of the external wall.
