The project conveys the wish of the organizers, the traditional meeting point as an exhibition and event center architecture festival is not in a museum, a derelict department store or an old industrial building, but to place it in a whole neighborhood: the Cologne very trendy Belgian Quarter with its galleries, shops , restaurants, clubs, courtyards and squares.
