MS House refurbishment project takes form from a contemporary re-elaboration of a typically modernist style, tailored to our day needing.
The framework in which the intervention born is of particular relevance since is an exemplar building on the second half of the XX century, designed by the architect Naglia, inserted in the historical heart of Ravenna.
From the main entrance, the sculptural element of the spiral stairacase is included into the space where the predominant color is the white and the warm color of the wood.
This floor has its pulsating heart in the living area, characterized by a double height that amplifies the perception, and it is set up as the place of representation of the house, giving a wonderful view of the city's historic center through the presence of an entire side of the windows.
In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms area, particular attention is paid to the kitchen, chromatically in tune with the living, where you can find the ladder, the living room and the outside, in a continuous series of visual references.
Instead the mezzanine, it is dedicated to the most intimate spaces of the house: there is a bedroom, a study room and a closet, and a sauna, a North European inspiration alcove where it is possible to spend the free time for body wellness.
