Günter Pichler was born 1963 in the wooden heart of Austria, in the city of Leoben, Styria. He studied architecture at the technical university Vienna and graduated in 1993. Since that time he is teaching first as an external lecturer and than for 12 years as an assistent professor and now as senior lecturer at the Institute for Architecture and Design/ Department for Spatial and Sustainable Design. He is owner of the architectural practice pichler.architekt[en].
