10 Converse Place is a new construction mixed-use project comprised of residential condominiums, ground floor commercial space, and underground parking, located within the Winchester Center Historic District, in close proximity to its commuter rail station and adjacent to the picturesque Mill Pond. To meet the town’s goal to create a vibrant town center, the project integrates these new uses with the site’s historic surroundings and introduces both private and public open space, while strengthening existing public ways. The building design incorporates traditional materials, rich masonry detailing, and an animated silhouette compatible with its 19th century neighbors, in order to meet the town’s carefully conceived design guidelines.
