In future the grounds at Wiener Platz in Stuttgart’s Feuerbach district will form an eye-catching entrance to the quarter that fosters its identity. In the form of shops and cafés on the ground floors as well as apartments and public usages on the upper floors, the prime address directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone will be infused with a vibrant flair. The quarter interfaces with the city and forges a strong sense of place among the in habitants. The structure with its small units, the changing choice of materials as well as the different window formats and loggias emphasize the site’s urban character and integrate the building harmoniously into the neighbourhood.
