The residential building Königinstraße 25 reinterprets the typology of town mansions. The six-storey solitaire harmoniously blends in with the heritage listed neighbouring development, while simultaneously standing out due to its plain elegance and contemporary architectural vocabulary. In the streetscape, the new building providing ten residential units appears with a clear, geometrically structured façade made of light natural stone, which gains vividness through colour nuances and format variations. Loggias facing Königinstraße and balconies on the garden side loosen up the otherwise monolithic, homogeneous elevations. In the central staircase, the interesting lighting concept, working with indirect light, ceiling spotlights and a centrally positioned glass roof pyramid providing daylight, and the high-quality materials used convey a generous elegance.
