On the adjoining property, southwest of the residential boxes that have existed since 2010, 16 additional residential boxes including a day restaurant and a wellness building are being built. The central areas of the day restaurant and wellness area are to be accessible to all hotel visitors, which is why attention was paid to the central location of these components. Connecting paths lead from the existing facility to the opposite property. All new buildings are to be erected in timber frame construction.
