Hall renovation work at Hakui High School. This project is part of the high school's centennial project.
We conceived a space inspired by a scene from a school song to serve as a base for all those involved, including graduates and current students of Hakui High School. The gentle ridges of Keta-no-Ura in the distance, the waves lapping on the shore, and the clouds lying over the sky, all suggest a soft space, expressed by the curved ceiling composed of wooden louvers above the hall.
