A valuable collection of ancient Chinese ceramics has been housed at the museum since 2013. The challenge was to present the fine details of these pieces in a balanced clear light. A new self-luminous shelf has been developed that radiates light upwards and downwards in a ratio of 30 to 70. Each shelf is dimmable and can be placed freely within the showcases, allowing for ultimate versatility.
