This is a reconstruction of a construction company that has operated a construction store in this area for three generations. The existing one-story building with high ceilings is believed to have been remembered by many people in the area, and the high ceilings were carried over to the first floor for the function of the construction store. As a result, the second floor is positioned at a higher level than the surrounding buildings, and the distance from the street is increased. The dwelling unit with increased privacy is fully open to the east, realizing a bright living room.
