Between Ginza and Nihonbashi, there is a place called Kyobashi, which located in the center of Tokyo, is the location of this project. For a period, this place hasn’t draw too much attention from the public until this project started to take place. “Kyobashi Hills” is the concept of this project, which means input as much as green / plants to form the project, which was also unusual in Ginza wither in Nihonbashi area.
The foundation of the offices on the top levels of this project-building is 68m² square, therefore the building has very big eaves. For the lighting plan of this project, the concept is lighting-up the corner of the eaves to emphasize the identity of this building.
