The luxurious residential complex in central downtown of Frankfurt hosts ten housing units and an underground parking space. The exciting composition, the balanced proportion and the clam layout of lines confer the house its contemporary elegance.
Regardless its size and urban context, the building awakens the association with a modern villa. The façade is set up in a minimalistic manner made of natural Kirchheim shell limestone. Light accents of brass and bronze as well as champagne colored aluminum are eye-catcher the houses front.
The setback on the fourth and fifth floor structures the building and creates roof-terraces on the top levels.
For a maximum light incidence, floor length windows, balconies and loggias are installed in the up to 210 m² apartments. A high flexibility is considered in all residential spaces to be able to meet all different needs and wishes of any future resident regarding the interior design, size and structure of the apartment, the urban ensemble in a green environment with the individuality and quality of a mansion in the best location of downtown Frankfurt.
