Villa Wolfrat is located in a quiet corner of Munich and blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings. Surrounded by the green, with old trees, the villa opens up to nature. A natural pond reflects the property and invites you to relax. The villa itself offers large window fronts, which ensure that light can flow into every corner and offer breathtaking views of the green oasis. The heart of the house is a spacious living area with an inviting sitting window that opens up to nature. Here, the boundaries between inside and outside merge and you feel as if you are sitting in the middle of the garden. The villa has a well thought-out “His and Hers” layout that offers both residents personal retreats without disturbing the harmony of the overall concept. In this villa, nature and modern luxury are in perfect harmony.
