The building complex “Wolfshof” consists of two new buildings, a renovated wing, as well as an existing building, which is going to be newly equipped after his excavation. The vivid center consists of a large patio which invites to dwelling, relaxing and “gardening”: Seating islands alternate with raised beds for the community and neighborhood gardens. The green concept stretches over trellises on the facades to the balcony areas. The diverse residential mix (et al. garçonnière, duplexes, lofts) is accompanied by different forms of private outdoor areas. Appartment own roof terraces complete the generous space offer.
