It is multi-function space with activities revolving around food. The building is organized as follows: Ground floor: butcher and deli for the customers, and back of house is for meat processing rooms, cold rooms, storage, and offices. For ease of access and movement of goods. On the first floor is the fine dining restaurant, set in a warm and cozy ambiance. With the kitchen partially open at the back. On the last floor, the terrace plays with dark and light patterns. The indoor space has a cave like look and feel, the space interacts with the outdoor terrace, itself screened from outside by the checkered solid blocks. the screen filters the light, let the lagoon breeze enter, allow some intimacy for the customers from the street while they can appreciate the view from the lagoon.
