Re-framing
Recent progress in technology and standardization has enabled us to directly access the infrastructure supporting our daily life: information, communication, and shopping.
Simultaneously, this direct access is empowering the individual and eroding conventional hierarchies. Although it’s not always obvious, human relations are becoming more layered and increasingly complex.
In other words, although the world we see around us may appear superficially homogeneous, the human networks active beneath the surface are creating waves of change.
We view our buildings as experiments in re-framing the conditions of our existence and in promoting the potential for change in comprehensive architectural issues.
