Located in the rue des Poissonniers, in the center of Brussels, an office building from the 1930's, which has kept most of its original characteristics and materials (parquet floors and marquetry, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, doors and locks...), has been renovated. The heritage interest of the building required both a light renovation, and restoration work, outside the usual standards. The project respects current compliance standards while preserving the comfort and quality of the spaces, which are transformed into extremely flexible, high-standard office and coworking spaces.
