World-Architects is in Berlin this week for the World Architecture Festival (WAF), three days of juried presentations, keynotes, tours, and other events culminating in the World Building of the Year.
WAF has a best-in-show format, where architects present their projects in various categories and winners move on to the final Building of the Year judging on Friday. Projects fit broadly into two types: completed and future; additionally, the Inside Festival, focused on interiors, is held concurrently with WAF.
