Elizabetes Garden Residence

Our goal for the project in 4 Elizabetes St. is to combine the Italian style with our international experience in the luxury residential sector. The project aims to combine the historical value of the complex with contemporary style and technologies. We want lobby, bar, wellness area, gym, courtyard and all the common spaces following the luxury residential type. The private courtyard is the centre of the complex. This green space can be lived both in summer and winter time. The building expands itself to the courtyard, following the concept of osmotic architecture. The continuity is highlighted by chosen materials and furnishing. The lobby bar is the main common space. Here we have created a big open space visually divided into different areas. The careful and different choice of lighting and furnishing with the mix of classic and contemporary elements makes different situations. The redistribution of the basement floor has allowed the creation of a wellness area, a gym and a recreational area with a billiard and a TV room. The apartments’ interior design has been rethought in respect of the historical value of the building. Rooms has been rearranged creating comfortable living spaces which respect contemporary life standards. Our main purpose is to optimize the space reducing layout irregularities. In each apartment the living room has been enlarged and divided from the entrance, kitchen and dining area have two different areas and each bedroom has a more regular space with a proper wardrobe and a big bathroom.
