SERVICE APARTMENTS
The project is located on a small plot of land on a busy road in the heart of the city of Chennai. Due to this the response of the design was to create a built form, which would be sculptural and iconic thus creating a prominent visual address to the building.
The form takes forward the very linear nature of the site, and creates angular planes which form terraces and balconies on the upper levels. The ground floor houses the parking areas and the public lobby, while the rooms are housed on the upper floors.
