Complete renovation including a spatial extension into the existing stairwell of an old office floor in classical design necessitated a new access, which was realised in the form of a bridge. The choice of materials in the new ambience reflects the industrial character of the neighbourhood.

The footprint was too small, so the landing of the access staircase was converted into an office space and a bridge was necessary.

The materiality relates to the site and is thus industrial in character. This means that raw steel, plastic facade panels and an industrial screed floor dominate the appearance. For contrasts and thus creating atmosphere, there are colored materials such as orange rubber for the reception counter and wood for the guest bench.
