Prestigious office and commercial spaces are being planned to move into the historical brick buildings on the former industrial site Cologne-Mülheim. Step by step, as the previous users move out until 2015, the industrial buildings will be converted and refurbished.

The quarter, which is developing since 1874 and its 20 unique, partly listed industrial buildings, provide for a variety of uses and combinations of use. Overall, approx. 100,000 sqm building area including simple archive or, back-office usage up to high quality loft offices, offer a wide spectrum in close proximity to Cologne’s trading ground and the media park.
