2712 Broadway is located on the Gold Coast of San Francisco, AKA Billionaire Row, which is home to some of the Bay Area’s most influential entrepreneurs. This new home sold for a record $40 million in 2017, making it the single most expensive home ever sold in San Francisco.

Handel Interiors created a state-of-the-art home with spaces that are timeless, warm and transitional. Ten-foot-high oak, three-panel doors, brushed limestone, Italian marble, and bronze hardware offset Fantini and Dornbracht fixtures. A Lacanche range, hand-built in France, adds unexpected flair to the sleek Bulthaup kitchen.

2712 Broadway is LEED Platinum and has unobstructed views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Handel Interiors worked with exterior architect Taylor Lombardo Architects.
