Organized by Messe München, BAU ONLINE is happening January 13-15, featuring talks and discussions as well as virtual product presentations, virtual networking, and other elements taking advantage of the online format. The four key themes were developed many months ago and are therefore staying in place for the digital fair, but they are being accompanied by a fifth theme related to the current situation: "The building sector after Corona – what now?"

BAU 2021's four key themes:

  • Challenge Climate Change
  • Digital Transformation
  • The Future of Living
  • Resources and Recycling

World-Architects made four short films addressing these themes, with each film presenting a specific building related to the theme through an interview with the architect. The films can be watched below as well as on our Network page and on BAU's website.
